Never a dull moment
There is so much to do in this area, and many good causes to support.
For example, a coffee house is scheduled for Nov. 23 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Centreville Baptist Church in the gathering room. Many festivities will be offered including a cake walk, silent auction and music from local musicians. Proceeds will support a new refugee family that’s being sponsored by the that Aldershot and Centreville Baptist churches.
The family is now scheduled to arrive in the new year, so your support is needed. There will be a lot to do, including finding a place to live, and items are needed to furnish a household. Contact the churches for more information.

A great time was enjoyed during the Centreville Hall Fuel Supper. There was lots of food for all. A big thank you to those who atteneded the supper, worked, and made donations. All proceeds go to the Centreville Community Hall Association and makes a big difference.

Well, the weather got us again and the building supply places have been busy advising about roof shingle patching after recent high wind and rain. I also hear it’s a good idea to check the subpumps for silt build up as a result of the rain.
