RCMP and teachers face off against Middleton Monarchs
There was no shortage of entertainment value for fans in the stands when the Middleton Monarchs took on a team stacked with teachers and RCMP officers Dec. 19.
The friendly, co- ed game was organized by grad chairperson Trinity Chesley.
Proceeds collected at the door and from a 50/ 50 draw were donated to a local family impacted by a house fire earlier this year.
Middleton Monarchs high school hockey players faced off against a team comprised of teachers and RCMP officers in a friendly, co-ed game Dec. 19. It was a close match through to the third period, with the RCMP and teachers ultimately winning 5-3.

Albert Johnson couldn’t lose when high school students faced off against a team comprised of teachers and RCMP members at the Middleton and District Arena. There were Johnsons to root for on each team.
