The Berwick Library plenty to offer this month. Some of the events include: Free Tech Help: Get one- onone help with tablets, eReaders and mobile devices; email, Facebook; online library services; backing up and storing important files, etc. These run on Tuesdays. Call to schedule your appointmen­t at 902-538-8060.

Game Day: All ages are invited to bring their favourite game to share at the library, “the community’s living room,” on Jan. 12. This takes place from noon until 2 p.m. This is on the has second Saturday each month.

Winter Film Nights: Climate Change and the Human Prospect are featured on Jan. 17. This 40-minute film documents the vision created at the Centre for Local Prosperity’s Climate Change and the Human Prospect: A Thinkers’ retreat that was held at Thinkers Lodge in Pugwash in the fall of 2017. The film will be followed by discussion centered on local action and adaptation. Refreshmen­ts available after screening. Storm date is Jan. 24.

This February, the library is celebratin­g Heritage Day with Folk art. Bring yours in to the library so it can be displayed for the month. For more informatio­n, contact the library.
