What is your go to pump song? My Dad, Paul Brodie, was a classical saxophonist so I have had exposure to all sorts of music and I am always listening to different types music all the time, there are so many good songs out there, I love so many. My go to pump tunes need to be bubbly and uplifting. What is your number one tip for first timers? Pace yourself out. Rome wasn’t built in a day... Start slowly and safely, be sure to stay committed to your fitness routine and you will be able to achieve your goals. What is your favourite exercise when pressed for time? Planks with push-ups. What is your weight loss secret? I believe in eating healthy. Crazy yoyo dieting does not work. Try to live healthy and eat clean avoiding processed foods and drink plenty of filtered water. What is your favourite cheat food? Chocolate :) !!! Who is your fitness idol? My mentors...
