What is your go to pump song? My Dad, Paul Brodie, was a classical sax­o­phon­ist so I have had ex­po­sure to all sorts of mu­sic and I am al­ways lis­ten­ing to dif­fer­ent types mu­sic all the time, there are so many good songs out there, I love so many. My go to pump tunes need to be bub­bly and up­lift­ing. What is your num­ber one tip for first timers? Pace your­self out. Rome wasn’t built in a day... Start slowly and safely, be sure to stay com­mit­ted to your fit­ness rou­tine and you will be able to achieve your goals. What is your favourite ex­er­cise when pressed for time? Planks with push-ups. What is your weight loss se­cret? I be­lieve in eat­ing healthy. Crazy yoyo di­et­ing does not work.
