New York non-profit Storefront for Art and Architecture has appointed José Esparza Chong Cuy its new Executive Director and Chief Curator. An architect, curator and writer, Chong Cuy began his curatorial career as an associate at Storefront more than a decade ago and worked most recently with the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago. Bruce Mau Design has a chief creative officer for the first time since Mau himself left the firm in 2010. Jeffrey Ludlow is based in the multidisciplinary branddesign firm’s Toronto headquarters and will also provide creative leadership and strategic direction to the teams in the London and New York offices. He comes to the firm from 2x4, Inc., with which he had turns in New York and Beijing; most recently he was principal and creative director of the Madrid office.
