DEAR READERS, THANKS FOR YOUR FEEDBACK ON OUR LATEST ISSUE.
Best Health has helped me through some of the toughest challenges in my life, from getting through my debilitating eczema to helping family members with their battles with depression. It’s like having a doctor on standby. What an awesome resource!

Every time I finish reading the issue, I pass it along to friends and family members so that they, too, can appreciate this fantastic publication. I am so happy and proud that we have a health-conscious and savvy magazine for Canadians!
The Editor’s Letter in the Oct/Nov issue was so well written, especially the part about how “We’ve moved away from thinking of food as a weight-management tool to embracing it as a life-management tool.” So true! I was excited to share Beth’s letter with my daughter, who is now 29 and struggles with anorexia. By the time I finish reading the magazine, I find myself wanting to be healthier, trying new recipes and sharing so many articles with family and friends. Thanks for inspiring me to live a better, healthier life.
Like Beth, I agree that the shift from diet culture to a nutrition-focused mindset is positive. Ever since I was young, my mom has instilled the best nutritional practices in me. Through our combined love for Best
Health, we are now able to share new recipes and talk about each issue. I love Best Health because I love my mom. It’s something we look forward to each month. Thanks for bringing us so much joy!
“Simplicity of health-related information is powerful.” I work in health care and, one day, I decided to pick up the magazine. I must say I’m surprised by the information it provides. I loved that “Milky Way” with proper labels for comparison in nutrient values. The “Food Quiz” was another one – it was intriguing and considered current food marketing, which uses terms that can confuse actual values.
BH answers questions that I didn’t even know I had. It’s fine to search online, but if you want the real, simplified answer, check Best Health!
As a full-time nurse and student and a stepmommy to an energetic sixyear-old, I love that your magazine gives fresh ideas on how to feed my family with healthy foods that also store well for future dinners. I’m new to this stepmommy gig, so I’ve been spending way more time in the kitchen now than I ever have in my life because I know the impact that the right foods have on the development of a child. Along with taking care of my family, I need to make sure that I’m feeding myself and working out daily to maintain my health and physique, so thanks for your recipes and health tips!
