“The homeowners approached us with a very distinct layout for their home, one that would be functional, spacious, yet cozy,” shares Jeremy Walter of Boss Design, who was excited and intrigued by the challenge of a clear direction that they could take to the next level. The choice was made to capture a Traditional Estate exterior with little modification needed to meld the interior design with the exterior aesthetic. “It was gratifying to work with our clients to ensure their home exuded balance and harmony,” admits Jeremy Walter.
A luxury home of practical appeal, the homeowners wanted the level of amenities where they could entertain throughout the year. This 6,447-squre-foot walkout opens onto beautiful Lake Genesis and features large windows that allow for full views of not only the lake, but also its impeccable landscaping. “This home was intended for relaxation, sanctuary, and hospitality,” affirms Mike.
