Norwegian Plans New Long-Haul Dreamliner Service – Norwegian Air has announced the launch of new routes between Scandinavian cities and Los Angeles (LAX), Oakland-San Francisco (OAK) and Orlando (MCO) beginning in spring 2014, aboard 787 Dreamliners. At the same time Norwegian will launch new service between New York (JFK) and Copenhagen.

LAN Peru Ends SFO Service – of LATAM Airlines Group S.A. (LAN Airlines), has announced that it’s suspending operations out of San Francisco International Airport effective April 1, 2014. The last Los Angeles, Miami, New York and Orlando, along with new and existing code share frequencies per week between Los Angeles and Lima onboard Boeing 787 aircraft.

American Airlines Boosts Services to Brazil – American Airlines will add new beginning Dec. 16. Starting Nov. 21, the airline will launch services from Miami to both Curitiba and Porto Alegre.

Delta Adds International Service from Seattle – Starting next summer, Delta will add new international routes from Seattle. Beginning June 2, 2014, the airline will launch a daily service to Seoul. Starting June 16, 2014, the airline will start operating a daily service to Hong Kong.

Cape Air Ramps Up Service to Rota — Cape Air will increase its service to Rota via United Express starting Nov. 1. Direct service from Guam to Rota will operate three remaining days of the week.
