New York Discovers Joie de Vivre
Hotel 50 Bowery, the first Joie de Vivre property in NewYork, has opened in Manhattan’s Chinatown. The 229-room boutique hotel is located in a 21-story building and offers a 5,000-square-foot outdoor space that can be used for events and for guests’ leisure time. Rooms above the ninth floor offer unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline.
There are three restaurants and bars including Rice & Gold, the hotel’s signature restaurant, with “Asian-centric”cuisine. The Crown, a rooftop bar and lounge, serves street food and an Asian-inspired cocktail program.
