VIR­GIN AT­LANTIC has un­veiled a part­ner­ship with Ir­ish-born, LA-based celebrity chef and TV host Donal Ske­han to rein­vent the car­rier’s din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence. Ske­han has been work­ing with the air­line for a year to de­velop new “Dine with Donal” dishes, which have launched in the Up­per Class cab­ins and air­port Club­houses, and will be fol­lowed by Pre­mium and Econ­omy cab­ins next year.

The dishes take in­spi­ra­tion from Ske­han’s best-selling cook­books and travels. Menu items fea­ture sus­tain­ably sourced fish, meat and veg­eta­bles build­ing on Vir­gin's aim to be “the air­line that doesn’t serve air­line food.”
