Prizes offered in B.C. contest
Win ski, golf and hot springs passes
If you’ve ever had the chance to enjoy the steaming, rejuvenating waters of Fairmont Hot Springs, you’ll be interested in the latest promotion.
If you’re an avid golfer, who loves to take advantage of the early spring or late fall opportunities on the links, or if you’re an avid skier, you’ll also be interested. Any way you look at it, the Columbia Valley in B.C. has it — and now the opportunities have just multiplied.
The Residences at Fairmont Ridge — a full or fractional townhouse ownership development in the popular Columbia Valley hot spot — has kicked off its I Love Fairmont Hot Springs contest, which gives people the chance to win more than $15,000 in prizes.
The resort is looking for favourite photos of time spent in Fairmont Hot Springs, and people can vote for their favourite photo at www. ilove fairmonthotsprings. com. The contest is open until Feb. 14.
The grand prize is 60 rounds of golf, 60 ski passes and 60 hot springs passes. Second prize is 20 rounds of golf, 20 ski passes and 20 Hot Springs passes.
A third prize is four nights stay at The Residences at Fairmont Ridge with four ski passes and four Hot Springs passes.
In addition, a random twonight adventure package will be given away each month over the course of the contest.
The Residences at Fairmont Ridge is also offering added value to purchasers.
Full-ownership buyers will receive 90 golf rounds, 90 ski passes and 90 hot springs passes; quarter-ownership fractional buyers get 60 of each of the three passes; and one-eighth fractional buyers receive 30 of each.
“We are offering much more than real estate and always have,” says Tim Tourond, president of Marble Canyon Developments, the developer of The Residences at Fairmont Ridge. “We are offering what Fairmont naturally has — and making it easier for people to experience these amenities and create a family legacy,” he says.
