Walls of glass reveal view
The windows go from wall to wall and floor to ceiling, providing almost 180-degree views of the Bow River valley stretching right out to the mountain backdrop to the west.
On the other side, there is a panorama of the vibrant city centre with its tall buildings. You can even watch the transformation of The Bow office tower as it soars upward just blocks away.
Riverfront Pointe is the condominium complex by Pointe of View in the heart of the city.
The first building is now complete, with the new show suite open for viewing.
It offers 983 square feet with spectacular views — and a huge 343-square-foot patio to enjoy those views summer and winter.
The spacious floor plan is open and inviting, with upscale features such as mosaic glass backsplash and quartz countertops in the kitchen.
Two bedrooms are separated from each other by the main living area, where the U-shaped kitchen makes way for the dining space, then the den to the right.
The living room is a box-out space that has windows on three sides.
Every floor plan in the nine-floor building is unique, depending on location and size. Just more than half of the 74 units have already sold.
The second tower, where just under two dozen units are left, contains 19 floors with a twostorey penthouse level — and more than double the number of units altogether.
It’s now under construction just to the south of the existing tower.
Riverfront Pointe has units starting at just $258,800 plus GST — that’s for a one-bedroom suite at 660 square feet. Twobedroom homes are priced from $368,800 plus GST.
The complex will eventually have an outdoor courtyard on the ground floor with a meeting room inside for residents’ use.
The tower now under construction will have a large open deck on the fourth floor, with a barbecue area and access to an exercise room.
Residents of both buildings will have use of that common space.
Two other towers are proposed for the area — one 24 storeys and the other 28 storeys, as well as six townhomes (although those plans have not yet been finalized.)
A heated, secure, underground parkade is included.

The kitchen includes a mosaic tile backsplash and quartz countertops. Above, views of the Bow River can be seen through walls of glass.
The bedrooms are a good size.
