‘Great location’

After all, you’re in wine country just a few minutes drive from the famous Naramata Bench, where award-winning vineyards and wineries dot the landscape.

Other standard finishes include such high-end items as granite countertops, contemporary roller blinds on windows, queen-size beds in bedrooms, four-burner gas stoves in kitchens and nine-foot ceilings throughout.

There are also things like heated floors in kitchens and bathrooms, a stacked washer and dryer, and air conditioning. It’s what you’d expect in an estate home.

“We saw a need in Penticton for high-end, luxury resort homes for people,” says Brown. “There isn’t much here and we think we have something unique in a great location that will appeal to those people who are looking for a quality second or third home.”

The two buildings have 30 units in total on three floors. Ten floor plans are available for everything from one-bedroom units starting at 781 square feet to two-bedroom suites with a den at 1,395 square feet.

All floor plans are wide open and bright, with the oversized windows capturing views at all angles. Kitchens are large and made for entertaining.

The units all come with furniture packages, if so desired. Starting at about $19,000, the packages from Blackstone Interiors in Kelowna have it all, right down to two sets of 400-thread-count, queen-size sheets, the dishes and other linens.

The top deck has a rubber floor for comfort and part of it has misters that will keep you cool on the hottest days of the summer while you enjoy the 360-degree views.

Some units have already sold and some are ready for immediate occupancy, while others are at the drywall stage so you can choose colours and finishes to suit.
