Something for everyone
Three buildings in Merge project
Talk about a mixed bag. Buyers of condo units at The Courtyards of King’s Heights cover the gamut from 20-somethings to octogenarians, says Greg Kennedy, area sales manager for the project by Merge — the multi-family division of Beattie Homes.
“We’ve got residents ranging from 22-year-olds just starting out to 83-year-olds, still independent and wanting their own place,” he says — adding that the majority of owners are ages 25 to 40.
And that’s just in the soldout, 39-unit first building of the project. The building is part of a trio planned for a 1.6-hectare site off Yankee Valley Boulevard in Airdrie. It’s part of the overall King’s Heights community being developed by Melcor Developments.
When completed, The Courtyards of King’s Heights will have 123 units.
The second building — which is just under construction — will have 45 suites and the third will hold 39.
