Indigo Sky — This is the f irst new mid-rise condo development under the Carlisle Group’s re-focus on building entry-level, affordable projects.
Located in the northeast community of Saddleridge, the complex of four buildings will have 340 units by completion — and they will be the template for all Pointe of View units to come to build eff iciencies that will help lower prices, says its CEO Randy Klapstein.
The f irst phase will be released Feb. 26, with onebedroom units of 558 square feet at $125,900 and twobedroom units of 742 square feet at $139,900.
The project will also offer a satisfaction or money back guarantee.
Creekside Pointe in Airdrie — The complex will have 450 units in total and 40,000 square feet of commercial space, 12,000 square feet of which is in the f irst two buildings.
One hundred units are un- der development, targeted to the f irst-time buyer and re-focused to f it the new Pointe of View template.
Downtown Cochrane, across from Shopper’s Drug Mart — This land will be relaunched at the new price point and template for Pointe of View condos in the next few months.
Northwest Calgary — Another land parcel in the north central area will be the site for another Pointe of View low-rise complex in future.
Riverfront Pointe — In the inner city, the f irst phase of two highrise towers has just a few units left, priced from $244,000 to $900,000, which includes two penthouse unites with river views. The second phase of two more towers could launch as early as sometime this year.
Bridlecrest Pointe — The southwest community is selling out the f inal inventory from the f ive buildings in the complex.
Chaparral Pointe — The southeast community is also selling out the f inal inventory of its 113-unit adult building.
Lake Windermere Pointe in Invermere, B.C. — The resort development on the shore of Lake Windermere still has some units left in the initial phases. The next phase of a potential 600 units and a marina could be developed within the next two years.
