Some of the de­vel­op­ments by Carlisle Group:

Indigo Sky — This is the f irst new mid-rise condo devel­op­ment un­der the Carlisle Group’s re-fo­cus on build­ing en­try-level, af­ford­able projects.

Lo­cated in the north­east com­mu­nity of Sad­dleridge, the com­plex of four build­ings will have 340 units by com­ple­tion — and they will be the tem­plate for all Pointe of View units to come to build eff icien­cies that will help lower prices, says its CEO Randy Klap­stein.

The f irst phase will be re­leased Feb. 26, with onebed­room units of 558 square feet at $125,900 and twobed­room units of 742 square feet at $139,900.

The project will also of­fer a sat­is­fac­tion or money back guar­an­tee.

Creek­side Pointe in Air­drie — The com­plex will have 450 units in to­tal and 40,000 square feet of com­mer­cial space, 12,000 square feet of which is in the f irst two build­ings.

One hun­dred units are un- der devel­op­ment, tar­geted to the f irst-time buyer and re-fo­cused to f it the new Pointe of View tem­plate.

Down­town Cochrane, across from Shop­per’s Drug Mart — This land will be re­launched at the new price point and tem­plate for Pointe of View con­dos in the next few months.

North­west Cal­gary — An­other land par­cel in the north cen­tral area will be the site for an­other Pointe of View low-rise com­plex in fu­ture.

River­front Pointe — In the in­ner city, the f irst phase of two high­rise tow­ers has just a few units left, priced from $244,000 to $900,000, which in­cludes two pent­house unites with river views. The sec­ond phase of two more tow­ers could launch as early as some­time this year.

Bridlecres­t Pointe — The south­west com­mu­nity is sell­ing out the f inal in­ven­tory from the f ive build­ings in the com­plex.

Cha­parral Pointe — The south­east com­mu­nity is also sell­ing out the f inal in­ven­tory of its 113-unit adult build­ing.

Lake Win­der­mere Pointe in In­ver­mere, B.C. — The re­sort devel­op­ment on the shore of Lake Win­der­mere still has some units left in the ini­tial phases. The next phase of a po­ten­tial 600 units and a ma­rina could be de­vel­oped within the next two years.
