Time to Arrive at SkyView
Complex will contain 108 units
The north-central corridor of Calgary is growing fast — and that’s one of the reasons people have gravitated to SkyView Ranch just south of Stoney Trail in the northeast.
New roads and services are popping up almost daily. The CrossIron Mills shopping complex is just a short drive away.
The neighbourhood has amenities, parks and all types of housing choices, from starter to move-up. It’s time to Arrive. Arrive at SkyView Ranch is the latest condo develop- ment under construction in SkyView Ranch.
The f irst set of townhomes is now being completed and the f irst show homes should open by the end of the month.
Meanwhile, the sales centre has all the information about Arrive, the affordable, entry-level homes by Partners Development Group.
The complex will have 108 units by completion, developed in six phases or buildings of attached townhomes.
Construction is now underway on the third block of townhomes, so possession dates are soon and flexible.
Nearly 20 homes are already sold in the f irst phase.
Two types of townhomes are available, with end units adding some square footages through box-out areas that widen the homes.
The twobedroom units are 1,212 to 1,347 square feet and have an oversized, attached, single-car garage and den on the first of three floors.
The threebedroom models range from 1,232 to 1,300 square feet and are wider.
These have double, attached garages on the first level, but the rest of that floor has not been developed to include a den, hence the difference in sizes.
The homes all have open designs for the second floor, with the living room, dining room and kitchen filling the generous space. The stairs are against the wall, opening up the area even more, and the ceilings

The generous decks or balconies off this level are the full width of the units.
Depending on location, some look down on the large park across the street, while some have downtown and mountain views.
Upstairs, the two or three bedrooms are separated from each other, with a full bathroom in-between.
Some of the standard features in the homes include a full-height backsplash in the kitchens, Energy Star appliances — including a Ceran top self-clean stove and overthe-range microwave — and large windows with low-e glass.
Low-e stands for low emissivity, a measure of heat loss. The homes also have maintenance-free exteriors.
Some of the plans have vaulted ceilings in the master suite.
The developer currently has a limited-time promotion that adds a gas fireplace in the living room (otherwise, an option that’s available), stainless steel appliances, laminate hardwood floors, an ensuite in the master bedroom, and one year of free Telus TV and Internet (ask for details).
