Attainable Homes Calgary Corp. is partnering with Truman Homes to sell 56 two-bedroom apartment condos in its SkyWest project to moderate-income Calgarians.

SkyView Ranch is “perfectly situated near abundant amenities and employment centres in Calgary’s new north,” says David Watson, president and CEO of Attainable Homes Calgary.

The two-bedroom units start at $225,000 for the 895-square-foot plan and $231,000 for the 963-square-foot plan.

Applicants with a household income of less than $80,000 per year who qualify for a mortgage and can contribute $2,000 of their own funds to the project will receive a gifted five per cent down payment.

Attainable Homes Calgary has been working with Truman Homes for a while to come up with the right project, says sales and marketing manager Tara Cooney.

“They’re really community-minded and it was just a matter of finding the right fit,” she says.

“We have a large number of people who are interested in northeast Calgary. They have such a good reputation.”

At SkyWest, buyers have a choice of two colour palettes for their homes.

SkyView Ranch offers quick access to the airport, CrossIron Mills and Stoney Trail, and is a family-oriented community.
