Axio-llent approach spreads
Brookfield’s balance philosophy used in other projects
Brookfield Homes is changing the name of its line of duplex homes to better reflect their duality. Brookfield Side-by-Side Homes are now renamed Axio Side-by-Side.
“‘Axio’ means the balance between two, and we feel that it describes our semi-detached homes and our company’s philosophy very well,” says Kurt Gibson, general manager of Brookfield Homes’ single family division, in a news release.
“We strive to strike the balance to ensure that we are building a quality and stylish home at a fair price for our homeowners.”
The Axio line has been wellreceived in Edmonton, and Brookfield Homes expects the same in Calgary following the warm reception this past summer of Axio on 12th, a test of the line in the inner-city community of Bridgeland.
The next Axio project is planned for Cranston, and the presentation centre for Axio Cranston is set to open in midJanuary.
Those interested in the project can register online for more information at AxioCranston.com.
“We have been seeing more interest in our semi-detached product,” Gibson says.
Axio in Cranston will offer five floor plans ranging from 1,116 to 1,465 square feet. All homes come with a front and rear yard, front landscaping and a two-car rear parking pad. Prices start from the $290,000s.
Brookfield Homes will launch a new floor plan in Cranston, called the Sequoia. It has an open concept floor plan with a large galley-style kitchen.
The open-concept Linden floor plan will be offered in Axio in Cranston and is perfect for relaxing and entertaining.
The Axio Side-by-Side homes in Bridgeland received a warm reception when released this past summer.
