I have a couple of questions I’ve received from readers to share with you today and would like your input on them. I’ll kick off with one that is bound to get the debate going.
JT writes to ask about tipping for wine service. He says that he and his wife typically tip 15 to 20 per cent of their full (pre-tax) bill — including wine if the service merits it.
