Get ready for the first home show of 2012. Homexpo, presented by the Canadian Home Builders’ Association - Calgary Region, runs next Friday through Sunday at the BMO Centre in Stampede Park.

The show will feature more than 250 exhibitors showcasing a multitude of building, decor and renovation products.

Stop by Destination Renovation, a central stopping point where you can glean valuable renovating advice and have your questions answered by RenoMark renovators and their suppliers. Enjoy seminars by popular HGTV host Sarah Richardson, co-creator and coproducer of Room Service, design inc., Sarah’s House & Cottage and Sarah 101; John Sillaots, the former host of In the Workshop; and Andrew Downward, Divine Design’s painting expert.

“Homexpo is the perfect spot to find all of the answers you need to help make that renovation a success, to find the new products and services for your home and to talk with professionals in the business who can help take your project from start to successful conclusion,” says Donna Moore, executive officer of CHBA - Calgary Region.

Also featured at Homexpo this year is the Calgary Herald Recreation and Investment Properties Expo, which will feature 23 recreation properties from around the globe.

The first 300 cars to arrive for the show each day will park for free.
