She Has a Name to tour Canada

THEATRE • She Has a Name, a drama by Andrew Kooman will begin a 12-city tour that will take the play across Canada, including productions in Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer and Edmonton. The drama, a co-production between Burned Thicket Theatre and Raise Their Voice that explores human trafficking in Bangkok, kick offs May 23 in Lethbridge, followed by productions in Saskatoon, Ottawa, Montreal and Halifax before playing in Calgary from Aug. 3-11, at the 2012 Calgary Fringe Festival.

It then heads to Victoria, Vancouver, Kelowna and Edmonton before wrapping up in Red Deer. For tickets (on sale April 9) and info, visit shehasaname.net.
