Brooks takes early series lead

Cam Maclise scored twice and added an assist as his Brooks Bandits beat the Fort Mcmurray Oil Barons 5-1 in Game 1 of their best-of-seven AJHL championship series at Centennial Regional Arena in Brooks Friday night.

The Oil Barons will try to tie the series tonight (7 p.m.) in Brooks.
