FLEXING ITS MUSCLES

The Canadian Home Builders’ Association-alberta represents six local chapters on provincial issues related to residential construction.

With more than 1,500 business members, Chba-alberta encompasses regional branches in Edmonton, Grande Prairie, Lethbridge, Calgary, Medicine Hat and Central Alberta (based in Red Deer).

The association hosts an annual industry awards event called the Alberta Awards of Excellence in Housing.

The awards are part of the Alberta Build conference, which takes place in Jasper on Sept. 20 to 23.
