Next in line for views

- JOSH SKAPIN

Views are a major draw in a new northeast Calgary condo project by Bucci Developments. Next is a 132-unit four-storey building in Bridgeland with units that overlook the Bow River and Calgary’s eye-catching downtown cityscape.

The views are not wasted, with expansive windows in the living room and bedrooms of each unit.

Other unit features include an eating bar, contemporary double bowl, square stainless steel kitchen sink, wide plank designer laminate flooring, nylon loop carpet in the bedrooms and a built-in computer station.

A show suite is located at 921 1st Ave. N.E.

Meanwhile, construction is in progress on eight luxury attached homes by Homes by Avi in Richmond/knob Hill.

The 3,300 square foot homes priced at roughly $1.3 million have a number of luxury features.

They include a third level master ensuite, a private elevator, rear under drive garages with under slab heating.

“This project is another example of our breadth of experience. Ultimately are goal is to build a high quality home which has enduring value in the market in which it is located in,” says Michael Jacobson of Homes by Avi in a news release.
