DEEP ROOTS

Under the name Fram+slokker, FRAM Building Group and Slokker are two developers that joined forces to launch the First condo development in East Village.

FRAM has built more than 12,000 residences in Canada and the U.S. The family company was founded by John Giannone more than 30 years ago.

Like FRAM, Slokker has deep roots in the development industry, which date back to its founding near Amsterdam in the Netherlands in 1935.

After opening in Denver, Colo., in 1979, Slokker went on to develop hundreds of real estate projects.
