Golf event raises funds for charity

Golf and philanthropy make the perfect pairing. Witness the amazing success of Calgary Co-op’s annual charity golf classic which has, since inception in 1993, donated nearly $4 million to charities and organizations. This year’s tournie, the 19th annual held at Heritage Pointe Golf Club, raised almost $300,000. Beneficiaries include the Calgary Co-op Kids Zone at the Calgary Zoo and the Mustard Seed.
