Eight of 20 winners for a national award recognizin­g home builder sales staff this year are from Calgary.

The Avid Services Awards, which are given through Avid Ratings Canada, are based on a national customer satisfacti­on survey.

Brookfield Homes-Calgary led the way with four winners, including Jennifer Davies, Mary Merhi and Nada Nosal with the company’s singlefami­ly division and Lori Nobel-Milne with its multifamil­y division.

“We are very proud of our employees,” says Brookfield Homes Alberta president John Olson in a news release.

“At Brookfield, we strive to make every customer’s homebuildi­ng experience a positive one from start to finish through each step of the process and every interactio­n with our company. This is a true testament to how our employees are delivering the Brookfield promise every day.”

Sheila Hang of Brookfield Homes in Edmonton also landed one of the 20 awards.

The other Calgary winners include Jeff Mitchell of Innovation­s by Jayman, Brett Kryskow of Homes by Avi and Shilo Hannah of Albi Homes.

Melanie Lavoie of Vesta Properties also won for the company’s Williamsto­wn developmen­t in Airdrie.

Avid Service Award winners were also announced for the category of constructi­on representa­tives.

In this category, there were three winners from Calgary. They include Monte Sobchishin of Innovation­s by Jayman, Nathan Jervis of Mattamy Homes and Andrew Hills of Brookfield Homes’ multi-family division.
