Painted Desert a feast for the eyes

-

Only one 100-gram ball of Painted Desert is required for this awesome looking shawl. The shades of each colourway are inspired by the colours of the mountains in the Arizona desert.

The ball has 400 metres and the pattern uses 3.75 millimetre needles (4 U.S.) and an 18-stitch gauge tension.

For a lacier looking shawl, use a size larger needle, or a needle size to achieve the tension. Easy instructions are given for one size, yielding a shawl that is 122 centimetres wide by 56 centimetres long.

The composition is all natural pure wool, and 10 different painted colourways are available.
