HOUSING ON STREAM IN RAINBOW FALLS
The latest two phases of a major community in Chestermere come on stream with a new show home parade today.
Rainbow Falls is a subdivision master-planned by Truman Development.
The show home parade featuring eight models opens today at noon. As part of the opening, food trucks will be on site.
The parade includes single-family estate homes by Jager Homes, ReidBuilt Homes, Lionsworthe Homes and Douglas Homes.
Douglas Homes was named Builder of Merit at the recent Calgary Region SAM (Sales and Marketing) Awards gala, a distinction that recognizes overall excellence in small-volume builders in Calgary and area.
The show home parade also features laned homes, front-attached garage duplexes and rear-detached garage duplexes by Truman Homes. These homes start in the $350,000s.
Rainbow Falls has been a popular choice for house hunters for a number of reasons, including its “small community feel,” says Tony Trutina of Truman Development.
“You know your neighbours and it’s established,” he adds.
“You’ve had several miles of landscaped waterway walking paths, retail sites with pizza places, liquor stores and gas stations. “All that’s already there.” Trutina adds, the community offers plenty for families with two new schools in Chestermere.
“It’s ready to serve you,” says Trutina.
The two upcoming phases are the community’s ninth and 10th phases. They will include 250 homes and be the site for a multi-family development.
