Sense of style part of project
Sawyer development in southwest
Talk about a first impression. A home’s sense of arrival is usually made in the first few steps through the front door — but a new project called Sawyer by Avi Urban doesn’t wait that long.
Sawyer is a new project in the southwest community of Silverado. Here, buyers have the go-ahead to pick the colour of their door, giving owners a chance to show off their personality, rather than living in a place where everything looks the same.
And these door colours pop. The show suite’s teal front door sets the tone for the stylish space inside.
It’s a two-bedroom model with 921 square feet inside and a 65-square-foot balcony.
The balcony is a great area for patio chairs and some sizzling Location of the show home. steaks on the grill. It will offer a great view of the project’s fully landscaped circular park, with more than 250 trees planned for the property.
Inside, the open-concept plan feels bright and airy thanks to soaring nine-foot ceilings and large vinyl-clad, argon-filled windows with low-E coatings. The E stands for emissivity, a measure of heat loss.
Through the front door, there’s a spacious U-shaped kitchen to the left. It stands out thanks to a modern, full-height tile backsplash and a full appliance package.
The kitchen includes an eating bar with seating for three people. Off the kitchen, there’s a built-in shelf with a desk that’s perfect for polishing off unfinished paperwork from the office.
Across from the kitchen is a dining area and a large great room with space for a TV, large furniture and shelves. There’s also a laundry closet adjacent to the dining area.
The dining area and great room are flanked by two living spaces.
On one side there’s a master bedroom that connects to a walk-through closet and ensuite. The other side has a secondary bedroom with a walk-in closet and a full bathroom.
The separated living spaces offer privacy, creating an ideal situation for roommates. Along with two-bedroom plans, Sawyer’s models come in onebedroom and one-bedroomplus-den orientations.
