Design tailored for socializing
Great room flows into kitchen and dining area
If homes could talk, a model called The Inspire would say, “company’s coming.”
Its open and airy layout is made for entertaining family and friends.
This 1,611-square-foot, twostorey model is one of three new show homes by Innovations by Jayman in SkyView Ranch. The other two homes are a laned model called Oasis and a double-car front-attached garage home called Elevate.
In The Inspire, the back end of the main floor is tailored for socializing.
An expansive great room flows to the L-shaped kitchen and dining area in a friendly wall-less design.
The layout makes it easy to chat in the kitchen during meal preparation before continuing the conversation a few steps away at the table.
Then after the meal, head to the spacious central great room to relax with a glass of wine or pull out a board game.
The kitchen’s focal point is a large island and an eating bar with seating for three people. Its granite slab not only covers the surface but also wraps along one side of the island.
Other eye-catching features in the kitchen include stainless steel appliances and a full-height backsplash. The sink is next to a window that looks out at the backyard.
Between the kitchen and dining area is a back door that steps out to an optional deck, making it easy to carry in food off a barbecue.
The dining area offers enough room for a large table and sits next to a towering, rear-facing window that brightens the space with natural light. The top of the wall along the staircase to the second floor is lined with windows.
On the second floor, a cosy bonus room is flanked by the master bedroom on one side and two secondary bedrooms on the other.
While there’s plenty of opportunity to socialize on the main level, the bonus room is a private space for a couple to take in a movie before turning in for the night. It has a large builtin shelving unit for art pieces, flowers and family photos.
The two secondary bedrooms share a wall and face the backyard. They have enough space for a single or double bed and a dresser. These bedrooms are a few steps away from a full bathroom.
The master bedroom has access to the ensuite on one wall and a walk-in closet on the other. There are three towering frontfacing windows along the main wall of the master bedroom.
