Chestermere Station offering final townhomes
The final 14 townhomes in Chestermere Station have been released for sale.
The Slokker Canada West development, launched in the fall of 2011, includes a total of 245 homes.
These newly released homes are Heritage A and Heritage B plans in three buildings along Marina Drive. Heritage B end units are three-bedroom plans starting from $298,145, and Heritage A inside units are twobedroom plans starting from $272,345. Prices include GST.
“It’s a really nice location close to the lake, just a block away,” says Mi Jin Graham, area manager, about aspects that buyers are connecting with. “It has a very nice European style, and it’s in a very affordable price range.”
The lake lifestyle is also only a 20-minute commute from work in Calgary, she adds.
The townhomes are conveniently located across the street from Chestermere Station Shopping Centre, which offers grocery shopping, cafes and restaurants, and services.
It’s a block’s walk to Town Hall with the library, as well as to the walking path along Chestermere Lake and the beach area.

Similar developments by Slokker Canada West are also underway in Calgary’s northeast in Taralake Townhomes.
Airdrie features the Ravenswood Townhomes project with 83 units, and the Townhomes of Jumping Pound Ridge are in Cochrane.
The sales centre and show homes are at 300 Marina Drive in Chestermere, on the north side of Chestermere Station Shopping Centre.
The two show homes are the two-bedroom, 1,209-square-foot Heritage A floor plan, and the three-bedroom, 1,245-squarefoot Heritage B floor plan. They are open Mondays to Thursdays from 2 to 8 p.m., and weekends from noon to 5 p.m.
