Chef, Concorde to create restaurant­s

partnershi­p • Calgary chef Justin Leboe is partnering with the Concorde Group to create a series of independen­t restaurant­s.

Leboe, as president of the new company, will oversee day-to-day operations and the culinary direction of the business while working with Concorde’s Victor Choy and Brad Morrison, the partners announced Thursday.

The company’s portfolio will include Model Milk and its new private dining room experience, opening in the fall, along with the group’s first new Calgary venture, called Pigeonhole, that’s to open next winter.
