Come home to A-nahin Riviera Maya
I n the ancient Mayan language, “a-nah” means “your home,” and A-nah Residences is setting new standards for condominium homes in Playa del Carmen and Tulum in Mexico’s Riviera Maya.
Located across the street from the first now-sold-out A-nah development, A-nah Downtown is located steps from Playa’s popular Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida), in the heart of a city known for its festivals, says commercial director/developer Chris Gill.
“We’re located only three blocks from famous Fifth Avenue,” he says. “The difference with A-nah is all our condos enjoy five-star hotel service, so you have the best of both worlds. We offer concierge, bellboys, receptionist, spa and first-class rooftop amenities.”
Prices for fully furnished suites start at US$185,000 for a one-bedroom floor plan, and buyers will have access to a vacation-rental option managed on-site, allowing for return on investment, Gill says.
Meanwhile, in Tulum, 65 kilometres south of Playa, the brand-new A-nah Tulum is located within the luxurious Bahia Principe gated resort community, with prices starting at US$159,000 for a one-bedroom located close to a Robert Trent Jones-designed golf course (voted one of the best in Mexico) and with access to Bahia Principe’s resort amenities.
“We offer a two-step investment: people can jump in on a presale price, guaranteeing them appreciation between now and delivery, and they’ll get high return on rentals while not occupying their condo,” says Gill.
“Our two-bedroom suites offer ‘ lock-off’ – they can be broken up into studio and one-bedroom condos; this allows you to use one side and rent the other or rent both.”
Direct-developer financing of up to 10 years is available for both developments, Gill adds.
The developers behind A-nah have 30 years experience in the business, and oversee every aspect of building and operations. “When you buy an A-nah property, you’re buying from the same person who built it and will run the property afterwards,” says Gill.
