Roomy Bentleigh ticks all the boxes
The Bentleigh doesn’t leave anything out.
From a main floor with two great rooms and a flex room to its fourbedroom second level, it’s a fully stocked floor plan designed to comfortably fit large families.
This 2,228-square-foot move-up home is an option through Genesis Builders Group in the amenity-rich northeast community of Saddlestone.
Its main floor has four key social areas, including a living room along the front of the home and a rear-facing family room. The living room sits next to the foyer and makes sense for casual visits, such as a Saturday morning cup of coffee with a neighbour.
Genesis has an option that allows the buyer to replace the living room with an office. This would be convenient for anyone who works from home and wants to host a client but not take them through the more personal parts of the main level.
But if keeping the office from the shared family spaces isn’t a concern, there’s also a central flex room that sets up nicely as a place for a desk, computer and shelving units.
The family room, dining area and kitchen all tie together in an open-concept design along the back stretch of the home.
