It’s time to drop the speed limit

Re: “Push for lower speed limit hits bump,” April 21.

Forty km/h in residential areas is the only way to go. At the moment, most traffic in 50 km/h residential areas is usually going at 60 km/h or more.

If 40 km/h was introduced, then for sure we would get 50 km/h.
