Set aside carbon tax

Re: “Carbon tax will cost families extra $1,000 a year, Wildrose says,” April 19.

There appears some doubt about the numbers surrounding the carbon tax. That said, it seems the politicians do not fully understand the impact of this tax on Alberta families.

If they do not know, how am I supposed to know? Is there a hotline to call? No! Is there a questionnaire I can complete to get the answers? No! Is there a website? No!

This tax was never discussed during the 2015 election, so it needs to be set aside until the government gets its act together and more details are available. Paul C. Breeze, Calgary
