Manziel facing indictment

Former NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel is expected to be indicted on allegations he attacked his ex-girlfriend in January. Lawyer Robert Hinton said prosecutors told him they expect a local grand jury to sign off on a misdemeanour assault charge for family violence. The Class A misdemeanour carries up to one year in jail and a US$4,000 fine.
