Martin Sheen, Charlize Theron, Joe Jonas, Demi Lovato, Seth Rogen, Zooey Deschanel, Rico Rodriguez and the Muppets are among the celebrities participating in this annual celebration of young people. The special, which airs commercial free, is built around an event that took place last April at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif., during which Sheen and his fellow stars exhorted their mostly young audience to go out and find ways to spread kindness throughout the world, leading to a global change of attitude.
