Re: “First Nation seeks ability to banish ‘undesirabl­es’,” Sept. 21.

After reading about the First Nations seeking to banish undesirabl­es from their communitie­s, I wondered if we in our urban and rural communitie­s could also ban undesirabl­es. It would solve a lot of our issues.

I am also wondering about where First Nations band councils think their undesirabl­es are going to go. Do they realize they are unloading their problems onto, most likely, the cities? Marilee Sharpe, Calgary
