Cured Delicatessen is the revamped version of the European Deli in Haysboro, which has been in operation since 1955. Under the stewardship of Dale and Shaine Greene, the deli has good bread, good coffee, a long communal table and interesting lunch and weekend brunch menus. And true to its roots, it serves up an array of house-cured meats and sausages.
