Eventually, Alberta will have to pay

We’re seeing two very different views on the economy and provincial budgets.

Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall sees it as shortterm pain for long-term gain.

Alberta Premier Rachel Notley sees it as short-term gain for long-term pain.
