The Bradley, by Arcuri Homes, is a 2,805- square- foot, threebedroom home with a triple-car garage and a walkout basement located in the new north-central community of Carrington, by Genstar Development Co.
Its confident design highlights details in bold — strategic use of black feature walls in places such as the master bedroom and great room, and black to outline the ceiling feature above the stairwell and the block-shaped hallway arches. Its white backdrop with wood floors gives it a modern but warm presentation.
Arcuri Homes is the exclusive builder for the walkout lots overlooking the storm water pond, green space and pathway in this part of Carrington. The overall Carrington area has three developers for separate parts — Genstar, Mattamy Homes and a private owner each have sections. Some of Arcuri’s lots are up to 40 feet wide, which can accommodate a triple-car garage.
