Starbucks has told employees to let anyone use the restroom, even if they haven’t bought anything, after the reputationshredding arrest of two black men at a coffee shop in Philadelphia.

Chairman Howard Schultz feels employees can make the “right decision a hundred per cent of the time,” if that choice is removed at the store level.
