Police probe suspicious death at home

Homicide detectives are investigating what is considered the suspicious death of a man whose body was found Sunday in the city’s northwest.

Calgary police were called to a house in the 3400 block of 19th St. N.W. at about 10 a.m. Sunday, where they found the unidentified man’s body. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.

Police said no further details would be available until after the chief medical examiner’s office determines cause of death. If deemed a homicide, it would be Calgary’s 11th of the year.
