Silver lining to Trans Mountain

Hey, it’s not all doom and gloom with the court decision that found the federal regulator guilty of committing an “unjustifiable failure” in the performance of its review of the expansion plans for a pipeline to be owned by the federal government.

Take heart: the Notley government now has every reason in the world to kill the carbon tax, so we soon should be able to fill up our cars for less than $1.50 per litre. Jamie Fisher, Calgary
