SHOW HOMES OFFER DAZZLING OPTIONS
Homes by Avi gives potential buyers a look at villas, street towns and terraces
Homes by Avi is giving potential buyers of attached homes a fullscale look at what it can offer, with unveilings at three developments today.
The builder will launch new show homes for its Swift Creek Villas development, just west of city limits, and its Street Towns in the northwest Calgary community of Carrington, which is master-planned by Genstar Development Co.
Also in Carrington, Homes by Avi’s multi-family arm, Avi Urban, is opening show homes for its Carrington Urban Terraces.

Both Homes by Avi’s Street Towns and Avi Urban’s Urban Terraces are fee-simple townhomes, which means, in addition to the home’s interior, the buyer owns and is responsible for the exterior of the unit and the land it sits on. As a result, there isn’t a condo board or condo fees.
The Carrington Urban Terraces start from the $290,000s, before tax. This development, planned for 72 units across 12 buildings, has floor plans ranging from 1,150 to 1,392 square feet, with garage development optional.
Its show homes, located at Carringvue Drive N.W., are the Indigo and Slate. The Indigo is 1,292 square feet with full basement development, and the Slate is 1,237 square feet with partial basement development. They each have three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Homes by Avi, which also has Street Towns developments in the communities of Livingston and Belmont, is selling in Carrington from the $350,000s, including GST.
They have a double-car garage and range from 1,192 to 1,458 square feet. At this development, the show homes depict the 1,374-square-foot Bruno and 1,444-square-foot Benedict.
These floor plans are also available in Carrington in a duplex format.
For high-end, single-level options, Homes by Avi has the Swift Creek Villas, which are located across the street from the Elbow Springs Golf Club. This development will build out to 50 villas, including some on walkout lots. Its floor plans range from 2,487 to 2,801 square feet, have a double attached garage, and start from $762,000, before tax. Its show homes are the Tamarack and Cascade, which are 2,836 and 2,822 square feet, including the basement, respectively. The Carrington Urban Terraces show homes are located at 326 Carringvue Drive N.W., Homes by Avi’s Street Towns are at 326 Carringvue Way N.W., and the Swift Creek Villas’ show homes are at 3 Clear Creek Place, which is at the corner of Lott Creek Drive.
