Ex-MOP Owens joins Ticats’ practice roster

Chad Owens is back with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, who added the CFL’s most outstandin­g player from 2012 to their practice roster on Tuesday. The 36-yearold Owens played for the Ticats in 2016 before joining the Saskatchew­an Roughrider­s last year. He was cut by Saskatchew­an at training camp. The Hawaii native

has 16,698 all-purpose yards and 37 touchdowns over his career.
