Ignore the radical green movement

Re: Teachers should pull speech by anti-oilpatch zealot, and Enemies of Alberta energy industry are running the province, Sept. 18

The clearest take-away from Don Braid and Licia Corbella’s well-researched, back-to-back analyses seems to be that the Canadian government at all levels has been seized by the “Khmer green.” Our freedoms, finances and hopes have been jettisoned in favour of an egomaniacal agenda that seeks to blame and punish us for a natural phenomenon that changes continually (and radically).

In effect, the government is cramming their nature-boy religion down our throats.

Clearly, it’s time for us regular folks to take our country back and eject the green inquisition along with the foreign money-mavens that installed them these last couple elections. Coastto-coast strike and turn off the power to all government buildings. Lead us by example, O pristine Progressives!

Personally, I prefer to follow the Way. At least He said “Feed my sheep!” Not “Experiment on my rats.” Guy Plecas, Calgary
