Another option needed for health

The NDP’s public health-care service has me as a patient for a hip replacement from an X-ray taken Sept. 19, 2017. I am yet to see a surgeon or be given a date for treatment. Why should the NDP have a monopoly on treatments that they are unable to provide on a timely basis?
